    NOOB-Need help making page

    I have never made a web page before. Although, I am very well adept at learning computer stuff. I would like to make a website that contains a forum and a storefront. I already have the url registered. I need help choosing a server provider. I also would like to know if there is any good programs that help in the building of the webpage?
