    Commenting Out CSS

    I've seen sites that use HTML comments to hide their CSS markup from older, non-css browsers. Do you need to do this in an external CSS file?

    No, the link won't be followed if the browser doesn't support it.
    If you are using PHP please use the [PHP] and [/PHP] forum tags for highlighting...
    The same applies to HTML and the forums [HTML][/HTML] tags.
