    What's the proper way of redefining link tags?

    What's the proper way of redefining link tags?

    Erm, I've atcually asked the same question in a previous thread!

    The answer I got was:

    .some-class a,
    .some-class a:link,
    .some-class a:visited
    {
    color:yellowgreen;
    }

    .some-class a:focus,
    .some-class a:hover,
    .some-class a:active
    {
    color:fuchsia;
    }

    Just wanted to double check this was correct.
    I sometimes have odd problems with my CSS code not showing properly.
    Not sure if the problem is with the above or something else.

    Thanks.

    As long as the definitions are in the order link, visited, focus, hover, active then the most specific will be correctly applied so what you have there will work since the order is correct.
