CMS template

Greeting! I work on CMS for my client and consider to use this CMS template
It looks very good but I am not sure to buy. Does anyone use this template before?

well, i don't buy templates, but there are a few possible problems i see in the site----

1. the type of cms isn't stated.... template files are different for each different cms
2. the "validates" statement for the gold package bothers me - their own page doesn't validate!!
3. prices are in dollars and the cite UK laws in the terms

Thank you for reply opifex I bought this template (a wirthy risk as is only low price) and it works just right – the code is very good and it validates! I make my own CMS with this.
