Help with Javascript Conflict

On my webpage, I've found that there's a conflict between two different scrips I have. Could you guys help me out? I'm not too great with Javascript, so I have no clue.

I've pasted both of them on pastebin since they're long:

I'm sure it's these two because if I remove number 2, number 1 works.

Probably the number one thing you should do is not mix JavaScript frameworks. Either go with Mootools or go with jQuery, but not both at the same time.
