Photoshop CS2

okay, for some reason when i load up photoshop CS2 on my only login account on my windows desktop xp computer, i got a new message that displays:

"you are not allowed to continue because your account does not have proper privileges. Please log in using an account with administrator privileges and try again"

However i don't know what this means and always terminated the program when i click okay or try to exit it out

any help is appreciated! thanks

the dialogue boxs titles is "adobe activation" however i never activated adobe on my computer for updates and that junk

Firstly, is it a legally purchased copy? Secondly, have you tried searching google?

Is your only login account an admin? And/or are you able to right click on the photoshop icon and select "run as administrator"? I know you can do that in vista but not sure about xp.
