Complete Caches of Web Pages While Using Frames

    Hello all,

I am currently working on my Master's thesis project and have run into a road block. Here's a summary of what I'm trying to do:

-Split the viewing area into to 2 frames
    -Frame 1 is my site
-Frame 2 is any random web page
-In frame 1 the user can hit a button to "Cache Frame 2" which will store a complete cached version of the site in frame 2 to my database. (By complete , I mean NOT just the HTML. I want the entire thing, similar to the way Chrome can "save complete page")

This one has me totally lost. I'm using javascript, php, and MySQL but I'm not sure if I can do it with these tools alone.

    Any help is appreciated!
