Text editor for on-line use

Hi all,

Happy New Year to you all.

Is there a way (script or programme) that I can install on my web site that would allow visitors to input text and save the input so when it is viewed later it would have formatting along with the text. Like line breaks and paragraphs. Something simple like on-line MS Word :-)

There are a lot of programs for that, mostly focussed on integrating it into a content management system but you can also put it on your site itself.
