I had some pages which look almost exactly the same on IE6/IE7, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc, but it looks slight different on IE8.
I don't really feel like investigating each individual page to figure the exact problems, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me the major changes (and "policy" changes) between previous IEs and IE8, so I know where to look.

You might also be interested in IE's new compatibility mode. You can tell IE8 to behave as if it were IE7. Just a few seconds of work and all your problems will be solved.

I haven't developed a lot with IE8, but I have a little bit. And, so far, I find that if my website works in Firefox, it works more often in IE8 than in Safari, it's really an improvement - too bad it's going to be a long time before it becomes mainstream.
