[RESOLVED] Padding issue? bottom of banner in FF but not IE

Once again I'm struggling with a gap showing in FF but not in IE. I've tried the margins and padding in every #div involved as well as my h1 tag but not working out Would love some help please. I don't know what it is that I'm not understanding when I've been feeling so good about what I've learned lately.
