how do I put flash galley into web site? Tried to do that on different ways but I never worked with flash

Lots of ways to create Flash galleries and several ways to place that gallery on the Web page. What software, technology, and skills do you have to use?
How exactly do you want the gallery to look and operate? Will you be adding more photos and/or more galleries?

I know HTML language and have Adobr Dreamweaver also. Someone else is making flash gallery.
There is a main pic and below are more, which you can click on. Yes, I will be adding more photos and galleries.

I am also interested. I need the easiest way possible and also while I am asking for advice how hard is it to do spotlight video? I know HTML and that is all....
