I'm looking for a simple commenting feature similar to a Blog comments for our web site.
I would like to have the comments go through approvals.

The users do not have to register to comment.
It would be nice to leave it wide open with some sort of catpcha or etc.

I want to have a single page with multiple comments and basic info about the user: Name (user name), Comment, and submit. That's it!

It would be nice to have pagination or just show the last 'X' amount of comments.

Does anyone know an off the shelf solution that would run on an IIS server?

Sorry I can not run PHP on this server or PERL. I'm not afraid of running something .NET tied to SQL.
