Hello - I am just starting off creating web sites and have been asked to create one for a family member, she would like to have a dress changing colour option as in this website -

I am probably biting off more than I can chew and was wondering where I would start with doing this kind of thing, I always like to give something a go can anyone give me a few pointers?

Either have a transparent area and change the background color or use image swapping.

Thank you very much for the response, still a bit unsure but kind of get what your saying about the transparent area and will do a bit more research on the net on image swapping - thanks again:-)
