Hi guys, I'm having some problem with encoding or the charset of my website. I've got it set to ISO-8859-1 at the moment mainly because it's in both Icelandic and English so ISO-8859-1 was the better choice at the time.

Everything seems to work great and this encoding error I get only comes up from time to time, with certain users. I've got an example here: http://www.connected-women.com/en/forums/view/341/

As you can see, the text submitted by the users has ? in it in weird places. I think they are suppose to be ' " , and characters like that. I can't replicate the error. I've tried different browsers and tried forcing the browser to use another encoding but nothing seems to "not" work

Do you guys have any idea what this might be?
