PHP Rich Text Editor Suggestions Needed

I work for a web design company and we need to get a new PHP Rich Text Editor (RTE) so our customers can edit parts of their web sites.

My requirements for the new RTE are listed below:

1. The ability to edit text

2. The ability to upload and delete images

3. Using TXT files as a database and NOT MySQL

Also, we would be fine with using a RTE that employs JavaScript.

Any suggestions?

You won't find one using PHP since PHP is a server side language. There are a few javascript RTEs around, personally I quite like TinyMCE, though to be honest they are all a long way from a proper text editor.
