You'll need server side software for a project like that. You might want to checkout Red5, an opensource Flash server. But be prepared to have your head screwed on pretty tight.... not a project for faint of heart. http://osflash.org/red5

Thanks a lot guys. I am in no mood to create one as the client is in no mood to pay enough. Its good if I can find a third party software that can do it. If the client was paying enough, I would have paid a specialist to do it.

no, you will need have your client register for free, as they will be able to 'host' chats, kick people out, ban people, pass on administration powers to others, however anyone that views that link will be able to join and chat with video as a guest user.
