How to stream mp3 file

Hi,

I want to stream an playlist of 10 songs for one hour over the web.My problem is there should not be any control at the client side.when a user logs into the site the user should get the song currently playing and not starting from the first song
somewhat like live streaming.(If i log in after 30 minuites it should start from may be 6th song assuming that the first 5 songs are already played.)

How can i do this suggestions would be appriciated.

i have used this for streaming video before, but it apparently does streaming audio as well
