[RESOLVED] bullet points problem

Does anyone know why my bullet points are on top of the picture?

It doesn't look like they are getting indented.

actually, if you are viewing the page with Firefox, the bullets appear on top of the picture.

I just tried it in IE, and there the bullet points don't show up at all. It's like they are hidden behind the picture instead.

Either way though, it's not getting indented. The list is in line with the paragraph.

It works fine when the picture is aligned to the right instead of the left. Any thoughts of why this is?

Normal when floating or changing the margin in lists.
Wrap the list in a div with a mardin equal to the image:
