increase web page height.

i am developing a site in the table tag i gave height and width as 100% , i want to develop a site which is vertically scrollable as like all the sites. because the height of the page is not increasing it just stays fit to screen.

please help me with example code.

Your best bet it to stay away from tables and use CSS Divs
