Images not showing up! PLEASE HELP

okay i ran into a little issue last night
i uploaded a new image on to my ftp and now when i go to it, only the url shows up

i also tried it on another website with a different image, and a different ftp and it still does the same thing

can anyone help me? i have a website due and its not working!!PLEASE HELP

Are you FTP-ing these up in binary mode?

Also, are these being exported in RGB or CMKY? Browsers won't display images in CMKY mode.
