adding images through css

Hi all, I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I am starting a webpage, and I have an image that is placed on the right hand side of the page.

Thing is, this image will be on everypage, so instead of placing it everytime, can I somehow code it through the css sheet?

yes, set image as background positioned at right and no repeat

thanks for the reply, I've already done that for my background image. This is an additional image.
