Create Drop Down Menu

Hi Folks: I have this site: http://www.joeyworldfamous.com where I want to keep my existing list (which results in a menu at the top of each of my pages on my site); but want to create a few drop down sub links underneath the existing "Portfolio" link. Is there a way to do this without significantly rewriting the existing code? Again, I'm looking for a simple code addition to create 2 or 3 drop down sub links under the main "Portfolio" link on each of the pages on my site.

Can someone please give step by step instructions on how I can fix this? Thanks.
