Too much space at bottom of page

I'm creating a web site (gratis) from a template and pretty much have it nailed down, but just can't seem to figure out why there's too much space on a couple of the pages. One is the Books page, the other is Referrals. I'm aware that table settings can sometimes cause the problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I used to design pages in FrontPage back in the day but am relatively new to DW.

I've loaded what I have onto my personal web space:

(Tried copying and pasting code but it's too long.)

At the bottom of your books page, you have this code:

    Code:
            <p class="title">&nbsp;</p>

    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>

    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p>&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="center">&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>

    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
    	    <p align="left">&nbsp;</p>
That'll create a fair bit of white space - what is its purpose?

Not at all sure, Dave, but thanks. I was looking in the wrong place, apparently.

After taking those spaces out, the page is now too short. I tried setting the main div that everything else is in to auto, but that didn't work. Here's what it looks like now:
