Looking for Excel Alternative to export data to XML

Hi,

I have big problems with editing data for xml files in excel (2003 and 2007).
The schemas are always non-exportable and the whole thing becomes a mess.

So I'm looking for an easy to use tool that can simply populate data and export to an XML file, according to a given schema.

Any suggestions?
(I've tried Authentic and Stylevision - I get also errors there).

Just for clarification - the schema I'm using is the official Youtube Schema.
