Simple rollover image setup?

I am working on a navbar and want some simple rollover buttons. I thought this was a simple thing to do, but I'm having far more trouble than I expected.

Anyone want to help me out with this?

I was following the tutorial on this site, but was not able to get it working right...

FYI, figured this one out a while ago. It's in the dreamweaver "Behaviors" panel.
