MP3 Player w/ Playlist built from directory

Hi,

I'm looking for an MP3 player (either Flash or not) for an artist's website (willing to pay) that can fit in a sidebar.

There are loads to choose from, but can't find any with all the following features:

- goodlooking!
- shows the name of the song
- playlist that dynamically gets the playlist from a directory on the server.

Can anyone help?
