I am setting up some 301 redirects for a client, and some of the addresses that the client supplied have anchors in them. For instance:

Code:
Redirect 301 /Your_home.html /US/?main_page=page&id=8
Redirect 301 /Your_home.html#discovery /US/?main_page=page&id=32
The first one works fine, no problems. I end up at customers.com/US/?main_page=page&id=8. The second one goes to the same place, but with the anchor tacked on the end: I end up at customers.com/US/?main_page=page&id=8#discovery . Id there any way to get a Redirect to acknowledge the whole matched address, anchor and all? Am I stuck using mod_rewrite rules to manually forward such addresses?

Thanks very much,
Frank
