Put up a fast site... was working on a JPG conversion utility using PHP and the GD Library, and then saw that there are a million of them all over the web, so just settled for a tutorial site.
If the site gets traffic, I'll put up some PHP conversion utilities - although the bandwidth would probably be horrific as every amateur starts converting 4mb digital camera images...
