Costs and Income of building a web page

Hi to everyone. I need to make a cash flow of making a web page so I'll be glad if u could helping with this:
- Monthly costs of a web page but without the cost of the web design, by topic like web hosting, maintenance, etc.
- Monthly income from publicity (ads) by range of traffic. Like how much can I sell the publicity spaces (banners, etc) of my web page with 50K of daily visitors, with 100K? etc

This if on a very general way. Just put some numbers in this projections and the assumptions used. thnks

But best advice I can offer you is too look into services that display ads and see how much they charge.
