    Passing form input to url

    Good day,

    I want to have a form text box on a webpage that takes the input and adds it to a url. username would be the input's field name.

    Example: http://www.mywebsite.net/webname

    I need this in javascript. The website server account does not allow php or cgi.

    I think there is a way... but PHP is WAAAYYY easier.
