now i have javascript for extract email in html source code but have no javascript for extract mobile phone number.

now i have my mini ecommerce web and i want send newsletter to customer's mobile phone number
and that phone number it is in html source code.
i want to know how to write javascript for extract mobile phone number in format 10 digits
such 0811223344 or 081-1223344
