    See the description of the open_basedir configuration setting at http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.sec...i.open-basedir.

    Essentially, you'll either have to edit the setting's value to allow you to access files from that directory, disable the setting altogether, or move your include files to a directory allowed by the current setting.

    To find out what is currently allowed, try this little script:
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    echo ini_get('open_basedir');
    ?>

    It can only be set/configured in php.ini.
