    How to change password to md5 when login and how to encode them to real password?

    Not really sure what you are asking, but see md5(). For better security, consider using sha1() or one of the even more modern hashing algorithms. In either case, note that these are both "one-way" hashes; they are not two-way encryption/decryption and are not intended to be reversed (i.e., determine the original un-hashed password from a hash).
