Satellite tracking module

Hi
I am administrating a web site development for a transport web site we want to include a Satellite tracking module which will allow the users to track their vehicles
I am not sure that we will go to third party and use their services or introduce our own Satellite tracking system
All I am looking for a software module which I can integrate into my website so I can save money which in case of using Third Party Company
Please advice which option is better for me?

You will have to get onboard with the provider of the tracking service to see what kind of data they will provide you... after that it should be straight forward.
Once you have access to the data from the "tracker" you can start programming... might be easier than you think!
