[Help] HTML Form

Hi
Im new lol.
And im developing myself a homepage for my browser (like a quickstart).
I want it to be kind of like the thing jimmyr has.
Currently all it is is a HTML form that searches google:

<form method="get" action="http://www.google.com/search"><input type="text"   name="q" size="31" maxlength="255" value="" /><input type="submit" value="Search" /></form></center> 

I want to add radio buttons under neath this with names like "Google" or "The pirates bay" and have it search these sites.
Please tell me how i would go about doing this.
Also, how would I make the search action change depending on which Radiobutton is selected.
Please, if anyone can help me, i will write a tutorial on encryption/decryption and upload here.

Use javascript. You can set the form action by doing
form.action = "http://www.google.com/search";
Do it either on submit, or each time the option is changed.
