    Add RSS to website (PHP)

I was wondering if anyone knew of the best way to add RSS to my website. I don't want the javascript version, I want PHP for SEO purposes. I can create feeds etc., but I am unsure of the PHP code to run the script on the server.

    Thanks.

I use Magpie on a few sites, and it has worked reliably.

I built a little rss generator that works off of the MySQL database for my site. Whenever the index page is loaded, it compares the date-time of the rss.xml file with the date-time of the newest database entry, if the entry is new, I pull data from the database and create a new rss.xml file, otherwise I leave the rss file alone. The generator also creates a Twitter status update, and sends emails to subscribers of updates. It provides three ways for people to keep up to date.
