Just launched a new website, need some input please

Hello, I am very new to Flash web design and just launched my first Flash based site based off of a template. I learned quite a bit about Flash and XML doing this template, and I intend to continue to work on the site and develop it as my Flash skills improve.

I don't use flash so your site is pretty worthless to me.

Very nice and sleek. I would suggest having alternate content for those without flash however.
