    resolved [RESOLVED] Need Help on my HTML code

    Hi All,

    First off thanks for taking the time to read my thread.
    I have an issue with my HTML code. I attached the sourcecodes in this thread for your help.

    The problem that I am facing is the white rectangular box on top of the menu bar, what has causes it, I'm not sure. I also have screen shot the problem in the zip file, you can view it from "whiteBox.jpg".

    Hope to get a solution to it. Really appreciate for your help.

    Thanks in advance.

    It seems that you have padding on your menus <a> tags. When I removed it the white spaces went away.

    In your styles.css file:

    Change
    Code:
    #menu a {
    	padding: 5px 15px;
    	...
    }
    To
    Code:
    #menu a {
    	padding: 0px;
    	...
    }

    The OP ignores this advice - and expects me to download and extract a zip file to see whether this is one I would want to get involved with. Unreasonable, I think.

    Hi kiwibrit, i agree, i should have rather put the title as "how to resolve a rectangular box in html code" or something like that. To tell you the truth, it wasn't deliberate.
    But really much of thanks to thraddash for helping without any condition. Cheers.
