    Do you mean middle aligning from the baseline?

    vertical-align:middle

    should do it

    naa didnt work, i tried that already :-)

    finally just had to put the image and the text into one image and do it that way.
    sucks but tired of messing with it.

    is there anyways you could tell me how i can add two images to the back ground this works in chrome but not in the other browers

    body {
    background:url(images/bluehead1.png) repeat-x top left, url(images/grid.png);
    }
