Running 2 javascripts

Hi, new to this but i am having trouble running 2 javascripts at the same time. one is for rollover buttons and one is for an image pop-up with tooltip.

Any variable declared outside of a function is visible to all functions.
Where ever the problem is, check your variables and then, start commenting out
lines of code or even entire blocks of code until you track down whats not right.
