How do I use PHP variables in Flash?

I would like to use a PHP variable (GET) in ActionScript 3.0 in a Flash file. How do I assign this GET variable in PHP to a variable in AS 3.0?

Let's say the GET variable is c, so that $_GET['c'], and the AS variable is "which".
