    Need simple Website design software

I need to know which software is the most user friendly (with default pages, etc). I want to design a web site for my town. I only know about Front Page and that there is an Adobe product (don't know the name). Want some tips before I run out and spend $$$

    Any help appreciated,
    Faber McMullen

I learned a lot from a program called SpiderWriter back in the day. It's easy to use and the author of the program is very helpful.
