    "if lte IE 7" seems not work properly... i mean it will show both ie7 and ie8... so i want to show less than or equal to ie7... so how?

    and i have to use <center> because of ie5.5 and ie6... so i dont care about perfectly center... -__-;

    and does this script really works for you... i try it and it didnt work me... so do you know better browser checker?

    for ie8 only...

    i dont understand why footer header seem shrink... its w3c valid and works fine on all later browser... and except non-phpbb template... so why?

    see this non phpbb template (not exactly as phpbb but very close)... and it works fine... so what is problem with ie8 and my footer code?

    but add another div for background would be nice but its not working... if you do know then please tell me...
