header portion of each page refreshes every time you click a link

just built up a website for his own small business. Thereís one problem though. The header portion of each page refreshes every time you click a link. Since the header is the same for all the pages, we donít want it to refresh every time a user clicks a link. how do I make it so it wont refresh The website has five pages.

if it is just html site,

you can create header, footer, and navbar as seperate files and include as ssi in other pages.

But still you are not sure whether the page loads for every clicks. It is upto the browser to reload the commonly used elements.

Because the CSS is loaded once and that is it, similarly for other frequently used images
