Enlarging image in same window

I am just starting to make my own website and I think there is HTML code which will enable a thumbnail when clicked to open a larger image in the same window rather than taking the viewer off site. Any help would be gratefully appreciated

Fancy Zoom

Fancy zoom will automatically do that any time it sees a hyperlink pointing to an image file.

Now, if you want to do that with text too, this script was modified:
