What is Net::POP3 module?

Hello,

I am trying to install a Perl-script into my cgi-bin directory. Within the instruction in the script, there is the following:
“Make sure you have the Net::POP3 model installed on your server”.

What does Net::POP3 module mean? and Where can I get this module? and How can one implement the instruction?
