Users can join upload a mod for others to buy and download.

I would recieve 5% per sale.

Anyone know any good scripts, opensource or commercial?

off the top of my head, not in it's entirity. Have you looked for individual scripts or "pieces" you could use to build something with?

Not really, I was hoping there was a full program out there.

A lot of Joomla mod or zen cart mod sites are ran by scripts like this but I was hoping anyone knew of one?

I think you'll have to combine a forum or CMS with a shopping cart mod and/or script.
