hmm.. let's say i've got such url:
www.example.com/?id=home

and i want to add second variable to that url so that it could look like this:
www.example.com/?id=home&h=top

so how should the hyperlink look like?
(clicking on a link i want to add just h=top)
i mean something like this, but written in correct way -> <a href="&h=top"></a>

maybe, first, tell me please if there is such possibility xD
