The Web browser cannot play a .flv file just by itself. You need the Flash .swf player as well as any javascript that might be needed to to place the .swf on the web page.
Skip the .mov version, fix the Flash.
If you can't figure it out, post the link.

Does the flow player work when it's on your local machine?
It seems that that either the file is courrupted or something is missing... does it use any javascript?
The reason I say that is because you should be able to directly download the .swf from this address:
    http://robertwilliamsdesign.ipage.co...ayer-3.1.5.swf
as you can see, same error message.
You should also be able to directly download the .flv from this address:
    http://robertwilliamsdesign.ipage.co...rtwilliams.flv
That also fails. Can you play the .flv on another player to test the video? Is the file corrupt?
Lot's of info on Google about the error message:
    http://flowplayer.org/forum/2/10190
    and
    http://static.flowplayer.org/forum/1/21258
    and
    http://flashy.flowplayer.org/forum/1/32472
Google "flowplayer error 1009" for more info.
