    Question How to handel with PHP errors?

    How to handel with PHP errors like:
    Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in
    Unable to connect with username1

    or:
    The database has encountered a problem.

    I spossible to deal with PHP script?
